The room itself is about 9 square meters and comes fully furnished. The house is situated near a big park, a metro station, a gym and a few supermarkets. You will share the space with three other international male students.Sublet Availability:The room is available for a fixed period from August 16th to September 30th.Room Details:Room 2: 9m2 > EUR 775 per month (all inclusive), prorated for the sublet period.Screening and Viewings:The viewing and hospitality process is taken seriously to insure a good cohesion in the apartment.
