There’s also parking available. The bathroom is large, with a separate smaller toilet.The location is quiet and green, with lots of nice walking areas nearby. Other amenities include:- 8min. walk to Westwijk tram stop- 18min. walk / 4min. drive to shopping centres- 8min. walk / 3min. drive to GP and pharmacy- Large gym within 8min. drivingThe house has stable internet and is continuously being upgraded. Recent additions include new flooring, furniture, curtains, mirrors, fridge for you to share with the second housemate, and electronics (e.g. Philips Hue lighting, microwave, etc.), with further improvements on the way. A cleaner also comes by every other week to keep everything fresh.There’s also extra shared space upstairs that you and the other housemate can make your own (for example a workspace, tv area, chill area).About the room:- 300x 295 cm (with 100x66cm wall-pillar support) - Located on the south side (nice natural light)- Newly finished floor and freshly painted walls- Furnished, but you’re free to make it your ownAbout you:- You’re someone who enjoys and maintains a clean, relaxed and cosy home environment.
